new email address

  • I am changing to a new ISP. What's the best way to notify my friends and business contacts that I will have a new email address? (I'm using Outlook currently).

  • Plaxo would require all the contacts to be part of Plaxo AND she would have to contact them to do that... Gmail does not solve the question. (I know what you are trying to say...but it doesn't answer the question)

  • I'm asking how to send just one message to notify everyone about the change in my email address.

  • Put all of your contacts into a distribution list: In Outlook, on the File menu, point to New, and then click Distribution List. and bcc them all (make sure you bcc, this keeps each person from knowing all the other people on the list).. Here is a link to how to do this in Outlook (I hope you mean Outlook and not Outlook Express): http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011922051033.aspx Here is a link to a video on working with your Address book that should adress your needs too: http://office.microsoft.com/training/training.aspx?AssetID=RC011894951033

  • email them?

  • I suggest using Plaxo at http://www.plaxo.com or try Google Mail for free with more than 2.5GB of space. http://www.gmail.com
