I am changing to a new ISP. What's the best way to notify my friends
and business contacts that I will have a new email address? (I'm
using Outlook currently).Plaxo would require all the contacts to be part of Plaxo AND she would
have to contact them to do that...
Gmail does not solve the question. (I know what you are trying to
say...but it doesn't answer the question)I'm asking how to send just one message to notify everyone about the
change in my email address.Put all of your contacts into a distribution list:
In Outlook, on the File menu, point to New, and then click Distribution List.
and bcc them all (make sure you bcc, this keeps each person from
knowing all the other people on the list)..
